Shipping Information

All invitation card orders are packaged in boxes made specifically to protect your cards. Once we have received your approved design proof, we will process and dispatch your order. Depending on the complexity of your order or whether we need to use one of reliable third-party printers, your order can take 2-3 weeks to process.

Free Shipping

All samples and letter-sized orders will be sent for free within Australia and should arrive in 1-3 working days.

Standard Shipping ($10 Flat rate) - Australia

If you’re based in Australia, once your package is dispatched your order should arrive in 1-3 working days to most major cities and towns (may take slightly longer for other regions).

Please note that by default, all our packages are tracked and a signature is required upon delivery. We do this to ensure that our packages do not get lost and are received & signed for peace of mind. However, if you enter a P.O. box address or request that your package can be left at the door,  please note Peachberry does not take responsibility to lost or damaged packages that have been left with authority to leave at the doorstep.

International Orders ($25 Flat rate)

Yes we are now taking international orders (YAY!). All prices in our shop are in AUD. Any additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply to orders placed for delivery outside of Australia.

Transit times vary between 2-3 weeks and delays may occur due to customs delays and customs clearance charges are in the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can organise an exchange or refund.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g. typos) or simply if a customer changes their mind and is not happy with the colour.

Due to the varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, variations will occur between the design on the monitor and the finished product. The purchaser (you) accepts the risk of such differences. If you are unsure of our products, we offer samples to help you make an informed decision.

If an error is made on our behalf, please accept our sincere apologies and we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchases or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you choose to refund, we kindly ask that you please return the order in its original packaging and we will issue you a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
