Wedding invitation Ordering Process

how does it work?

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a form where you can enter your personalised information to be placed on the design. You’ll receive an email where you can view the design proof and check before approving for print. Please note you have two rounds of changes to go through before the final proof goes to print. Further rounds of feedback will incur additional charges.

Making changes after you have placed your order

Please contact us immediately if you would like to make changes to your order. Any further changes cannot be made once your order has gone to print.

What changes can I make?

Minor changes such as text, changing font colour, or resizing elements can be made, however we cannot re-design the entire invitation. If you would like a customised design, this will attract a minimum design fee of $120.

minimum order quantity

There is not minimum order quantity for digitally printed cards, however if you require special finishes like white ink printing, letterpress or foiling, the minimum order quantity is 50.


Printing Time

How long does it take?

Once the final design has been approved, printing time will depend on the size and complexity of your order. If an unexpected delay is encountered, we will notify you as soon as possible.

As an estimate:

Digital Printing: 3-5 business days
White Ink Printing: 6-8 business days
Foil Printing: 10-12 business days
Letterpress: 10-12 business days

Once you have placed your order, we will be able to provide a more accurate timeline.


Samples

Can I request a specific design?

Depending on the design, we may or may not have that sample in stock however we will try our best to accommodate your request to see a particular design. Please contact us if you’d like to receive samples.

When will my sample pack arrive?

All sample packs are sent in 1-2 working days and will take 2-3 days if you are based in Australia, and longer if you are overseas.


Customised wedding invitations

how much is it?

The design fee starts from $120 however depending on the complexity of the design, it may cost more than $120. This involves exploring concepts, designing and includes two rounds of revision.

how to place an order

Please fill out the Wedding Enquiry Form to place an order with us. Alternatively you can email us at contact@peachberry.com.au. Sending us any photos on what you’re after is highly helpful!

how to pay

After contacting us, we will send an invoice for an up-front payment for the design. Once the design is approved, the remaining payment is required before we print and dispatch your order.
